What we collect

• Account data: email, password (handled by Wix; we never see it), and member ID.
• Profile data you choose to publish: name, photo, bio, city and state, rates, portfolio, and self-reported metrics.
• Private data: messages, proposals, agreements, delivery files, reports, and booking history.
• Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store Stripe IDs, amounts, and statuses, never card or bank numbers.

How we use it

To run the marketplace: matching, messaging, agreements, payments, safety, support, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. We don't sell personal data.

Who can see what

Public profiles and opportunities are visible to visitors. Messages, agreements, and delivery files are visible only to the people in that collaboration, plus authorized Owners Find Creatives staff for safety, disputes, or legal reasons.

Service providers

Wix (hosting, accounts, database, media) and Stripe (payments and payouts). Each processes data under its own terms.

Notifications

In-app only. We won't send marketing email or texts without your consent, and transactional email is off until a provider is configured.

Your choices

You can edit your profiles, block conversations, and request account deletion from Help. Some payment and audit records are kept as the law requires.

Age

Owners Find Creatives is for adults 18 and older.
