The service

Owners Find Creatives is a marketplace that helps businesses, owners, and individuals (including people hiring for weddings and events) find and hire creatives, agree on terms, and handle payments. Owners Find Creatives is not a party to the collaboration between a business and a creator, and is not an employer or agent of either.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. During private testing, access is limited to approved testers.

Fees

Accounts are free and there is no subscription. Owners Find Creatives charges a 20% commission on paid collaborations, deducted from the creator's agreed quote. Businesses pay the agreed quote with no added booking surcharge. Stripe's processing fees are covered from the commission.

Agreements

A collaboration is formed when both parties accept the same agreement version. The accepted version, including deliverables, revisions, turnaround, and usage rights, governs the collaboration.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, and creators must complete Stripe's onboarding to receive payouts. Owners Find Creatives does not hold funds in escrow. Refunds and disputes are handled under these Terms and Stripe's rules.

Content and usage rights

Creators keep ownership of their content except for the usage rights granted in the accepted agreement. Private delivery files are never made public without the creator's explicit permission.

Disclosure

Sponsored content must be clearly disclosed under applicable law, including FTC endorsement guidance.

Prohibited conduct

See the Community Rules. We may suspend accounts that break them.
